[JYJ] Concert tour in America changed and held as free showcase

According to the Korea media, JYJ which is formed by Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu, and Park Yoochun will begin the concert tour in big cities in America. But before the 12 November New York concert starts, JYJ's management company announced that JYJ's America concert will be totally changed and held as free showcase.

Besides 12 November's New York concert, JYJ's America Concert tour ( that includes Las Vegas show on the 11th and Los Angelos Show on the 19th) will be changed from the usual paid concert to free showcase. JYJ's management company said that the reason the concert was cancelled at the last minute was because the public performance permit that JYJ members applied for was rejected, so they could only changed it to the form of a showase.

Although JYJ's management company explained that the action was due to JYJ members' public performance permit was rejected, but the general guess by the public was the management company lack preparation or the ticket sales was lower than predicted. An artiste said that when having a concert tour overseas, a relevant permit must be applied firstly, it is impossible to confirm that the permit is rejected just one day before the concert. If JYJ's concert is really unable to held due to the permit, that only means that the basic preparations for the concert haven't been done.

Regarding JYJ's management company's action (changing their concert to a free showcase), this person from the entertainment industry said that, although it cannot be confirmed now what kind of permit the JYJ members have in America, but if they really can't get the public performance permit, any kinds of performance are illegal.

[miss A] 1st China Concert on 22 November

Korea popular girl group miss A will be having "Samsung Anycall 2010 miss A China 1st concert" at Beijing 'The Place' Trends Tower, Level 5, Da Yin Theatre.

miss A was formed by JYP Entertainment, who has created Rain, Wonder Girls, 2PM and 2AM and some other famous Asia pop stars. Miss A was the second girl group JYP entertainment had formed (the first is Wonder Girls), some of them were from Sisters group, who gained some popularity in 2009 through (China)Zhejiang's Satelite TV "Yue Tiao Yue Mei Li" and some other variety shows. On 1 July 2010, Meng Jia, Fei Fei and Korea's Suzy and Min formed miss A, a "Korea and China mixed blood" group and debuted with "Bad Girl Good Girl". This song was produced by J.Y. Park, JYPE's founder, and had topped various Korea music charts, "MNET M!Countdown", "KBS Music Bank", "SBS Inkigayo" within a month. As a new girl group, being able to have these results in a short time is not common, so miss A is considered as "Korea's fastest popularity growing girl group". Miss A also received much attention among boy groups. Super Junior's Kim Heechul and FT Island's Lee Hongki, JYJ' Yoochun showed their liking for miss A members and their music at different occasions.

Through “Samsung Anycall 2010 miss A Showcase”, miss A will have a new record again: Becoming the fastest girl group to enter the China market after debut. Miss A said that this showcase is a chance to repay their China fans who have been supporting them. They also said that they will have a series of activities in China.

The showcase will be on 22 November at 7.30PM. 90 minutes of performance includes "Bad Girl Good Girl", their 2nd mini album's new song "Breathe" and some other hit songs. Fans can even enjoy benefits such as playing games with miss A.

[SHINee] SHINee receives a special award in Taiwan

According to the Korea media, Korean idol group SHINee's 1st Taiwan fanmeeting was successfully held on 7 November at 7pm, about 3500 Taiwan fans attended this fanmeeting, there were no empty seats at the scene.
SHINee's had shown their popularity during the preorder sales of tickets for Taiwan's fanmeeting. All tickets were sold out in 15 minutes, and yesterday's fanmeeting had attracted Taiwan's various media to go and interview them, causing people to feel SHINee's popularity in Taiwan. At the fanmeeting, SHINee sang "Lucifer" and some other hit songs for their Taiwan fans. They also exchange gifts, play games, chat and did other activities with their fans.

[SHINee] SHINee Taiwan Fanmeeting

SHINee held a fanmeeting on 7November at night at Taipei International Convention Centre. They had indeed come fully prepared, leader Onew sang Jay Chou's song "Silence" in Chinese, causing the atmosphere to be at its highest. The idol merchandise was fully sold out at the venue, and the total earnings was over 200 million, while the ticket sales was about 700 million.

The fanmeeting started with a fast song "Ring Ding Dong", and due to his leg injury, jonghyun sat on a chair while the other 4 members sang and danced. With the flashing laser lights, over 3 thousand fans sang in unison. After that was their debut song "Noona you are very pretty", causing exultation in the audience.

Previously in the preview, Chinese songs were shown to the fan., Jong Hyun sang a cover version of "Baby Baby" from David Tao's "10 minutes in the airport" to create the atmosphere, and Onew unexpectedly sang Jay Chou's golden song, which was amazing.

[MBLAQ] Lee Joon chosen as 1st "Next Generation Actdol"

Music portal site Monkey3 conducted a poll for a week from October 28 to Novemeber 3 with a total of 861 votes. MBLAQ’s Lee Joon was chosen first place.

Lee Joon who is currently participating in KBS teen drama ‘Jungle Fish 2′ received a total of 432 votes (50%). In the drama, he plays a passionate and pure-hearted boy Ahn Bawoo, attempt the conventional acting challenge. Response for the reason Lee Joon was picked included, “His natural and stable acting stands out unlike an amateur”.

Jokwon scored the second place (21%, 177 votes) for his MBC sitcom ‘All My Love’. Third place goes to Big Bang’s Daesung (10%, 82 votes), who starred in a musical and campus drama ‘What’s Up’. Fourth place is After School’s UEE (9%, 76 votes) who appeared in golf drama ‘Buddy Buddy’.
